Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead and manage the recruitment function for Basis Vectors Capital. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, implementing effective hiring strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring the organization attracts top talent while promoting a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to meet staffing needs across the organization.
- Foster a collaborative and performance-driven recruitment team environment.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills of the recruitment team.
Recruitment Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives and growth plans.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
End-to-End Recruitment Process:
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle from job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Create and maintain a diverse and high-quality talent pipeline through various channels such as job boards, social media, career fairs, and networking events.
- Review and optimize job descriptions to ensure they attract the right candidates.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand staffing needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
- Provide guidance and insights to hiring managers regarding market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategies.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive and engaging experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Regularly gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers to continuously improve the recruitment process.
Performance Reporting & Analytics:
- Measure and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement improvements to recruitment processes and practices.
Compliance & Best Practices:
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
- Maintain a high standard of confidentiality and professionalism throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing and leading a recruitment team to meet hiring goals.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, labor laws, and interview techniques.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple
priorities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in IT Startup Company.
- Knowledge of diversity and inclusion recruitment practices.
