Job responsibilities:
- Ability to work independently to set up and lead sales team and processes; and most importantly someone who is execution focused, rather than just building plans
- Manage daily conversion funnel deliver monthly targets
- We follow a Phygital model, so someone with the ability to manage telecallers as well as hire, train, and drive on-ground sales execution in multi cities
- Liaise with cross-functional operations, product, marketing, and other central teams to ensure process efficiency
Ideal candidate:
- Ability to lead large sales teams through multiple city heads using technology
- We are a young but fast-growing company and we are looking for someone interested in entrepreneurship as this is more of an intrapreneur kind of role
- The ideal candidate is expected to work as a CEO for this vertical taking full ownership and responsibilities, so a self-starter is a must
- Preference to candidates with prior mortgage execution experience and with a good sales team network
- Both fixed salary and equity to be offered

We, as an organization, were born during the Pandemic.
Our vision is to solve the problem of housing in India by increasing affordable home loans penetration in underserved LIG and MIG segments especially in tier 2 and 3 cities
This involves building better technologies to facilitate digital lending for home loans including product development. We are trying to change the way India finances its homes, with a combination of human advisory and tech interventions. A solution that/s sustainable, profitable, and most importantly stress-free & BASIC for end-users i.e. consumers.
