- Closely working with Product teams to create a strong Digital strategy & Launch new products to attract customers Visualizing & Digitalising the complete process to be able to cater the long term vision of the company Integrating different verticals with-in the company to Generate more customer leads & Business avenues

- Continuously development & Implementation of Sales Strategy Sales & Distribution.

- Create a sales process & function to develop an FTR culture within the team to enable us to Grow & Build a strong sales team.

- Responsible for building & Grow Digital distribution Services for Secured & Unsecured Loans Working on various avenues to generate leads for the sales team like Call Centers, Portal Sourcing, Sub broker emplacement, Builder / Broker Tie-ups etc .

- Conceptualizing & Developing Sales Strategies, Incentive plans to meet revenue targets

- Examine, recommend, and implement additional external opportunities to build and embellish a strong sales force

- Owned recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales Team Strategic Planning, Scaling, and Execution.

- Building a Ro-bust lead generation structure within the organization with the customers visiting the Magicbricks website & Digitalising the complete process

- Encash the strength of the organization and Integrate different verticals with the organization to Increase the sales Funnel

- Examine, recommend and implement additional external opportunities to build and embellish programs for all categories and bring new customers to the brand.

- Continuously working & launching new Innovative products, Plans & schemes to attract more customers towards the brands

- Collaborating with Lending partners to launch Exclusive schemes, Processes, etc to attract customers.
