Base Marketing - Prepaid - Telecom

Profile Description:

- Responsible for managing the KPI’s (revenue, churn, usage)

- Generate insights on customer behavior through in-depth analysis using Excel & Ms Access. SAS skills are huge bonus but not necessary.

- Design and execute Segment Usage and Revenue enhancement programs for the base, as well as a thorough evaluation of these programs to establish effectiveness

- Engage with various Business teams at Circles & the Corporate, for liaising on key initiatives or specific projects on base management

Skills required:

- Analytical bend of mind

- Self-starter with ability to think through various scenarios while working on analytics and strategic projects

- Comfort with working on large volume of data (Skill to extract meaningful information out of lots of data). Proficiency with Ms Excel & Ms Access is mandatory.

- Team player

Experience Required:

- 2-4 years of work-ex post MBA

- Telecom domain is preferred but not mandatory.

- SAS experience is preferred but not mandatory.
