Bare Anatomy - Founder's Office Role - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

About The Role:

The Candidate will work closely with the Founders, to assist in the special projects starting from strategy making to execution. The role will traverse multiple functions as the need arises, resulting in exposure to various aspects of the business. The candidate will be responsible for supporting and enabling the organization's projects, programs, and structured work efforts as well as, ensuring that the work adds value, is relevant to and aligns the strategy of the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Founders on the overall strategy, direction and growth of the company

- Consistently evaluate processes, look for areas of improvement and drive efficiency across the company for the smooth running of operations

- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.

- Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.

- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.

- Preparing status reports by gathering, analysing, and summarizing relevant information.

- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.

- Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.

- Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Qualifications for Founder's Office:

- Master's/MBA degree from tier 1 college

- 3+ years of project management/operations management/program management experience

- Consulting experience preferred.

- Proven ability to solve problems creatively

- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle

- Excellent analytical skills

- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful

- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
