What will you be doing?
- Work with global business IT & projects teams to ensure seamless support for the business
- Manage Stakeholder expectations and influence decision making on technologies and tools
- Clearly support the business- needs
- Understanding various components of application and proactive to better shape or more extensible and scalable approach
- Adoption of Agile methodologies to work in sprints to deliver the expectations set by business
- Good understanding of technical components to better resolve the existing issues
- Be a point of contact for the technical debt picture within the technology area
What we are looking for:
- Good understanding of the bank's programming standards and project management methodologies
- Ability to self-manage key deliverables and deadlines.
- Well-developed communication skills - both verbal and written
- SQL Server knowledge, with the ability to write SQL queries, stored procedures and functions, analyse query plans and run query optimisers
- Also need the ability to engage and work with all areas of the IT global organization and various third-party vendors and consultants, when needed
Skills that will help you in the role:
- JIRA or any other project tracking, management system knowledge
- Self starter, good team player
- Must have strong commitment to customer service
- Must be dedicated to pro-active review of processes and procedures to continually enhance service quality, delivery, and support
- Must have excellent interpersonal and organization skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and functional customers
- Having exposure to HTML5/ AgularJS would be added advantage
- Experience of using Microsoft SharePoint, Service Now and Business object would be an added advantage
