Banyan Capital Advisors (BCA) is a Portfolio Management Services (PMS) firm, established in 2011 to address the growing needs of high net-worth investors all over the world to invest in the Indian capital markets on a long-term, sustainable basis.

The portfolio managers have a combined experience of over 50 years in the capital markets and over 30 years in managing funds and this expertise have been developed over multiple business cycles since 1991.

As of December 2024, the firm manages approx. Rs. 600 crores in its PMS strategies and advises on another Rs. 450+ crores of assets.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Based in New Delhi, the Investor Relations Manager will be involved in direct communication with BCA clients and support the PMS and Wealth Advisory businesses.

NATURE OF WORK:

- Coordination on client on-boarding

- Interact with clients - mostly UHNIs & NRIs - on their operations related queries

- Liaison with clients' CAs during tax filing period & with custodians, banks and third party PMS/AIFs

- Check calculation of management and performance fees

- Ensure timely delivery of the quarterly reports to the clients

- Update Investor Presentation

- Support the business development activities to grow the client base

- Prepare and maintain investment/portfolio sheets for clients on day to day basis

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Well versed in MS Excel

- An eye for detail and a can-do attitude

- Candidate must be eager to learn and grow in the role

- Keen interest in capital markets and investments, will be an added advantage

- Related work experience of 3 to 5 years in the financial sector (AMCs, PMSs, Banks, etc.)

- Graduate/Postgraduate in economics/commerce/business studies; CFA level I or similar qualifications preferred
