We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in managing projects, conducting root cause analysis, and spearheading digitalization initiatives. You will be a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring projects align with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

- Plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

2. Root Cause Analysis:

- Conduct thorough investigations to identify the underlying causes of business issues.

- Utilize data analysis techniques to uncover patterns and insights.

- Develop and implement solutions to address root causes and prevent recurrence.

3. Digitalization Initiatives:

- Lead digital transformation projects to enhance business processes and efficiency.

- Evaluate and recommend digital tools and technologies to support business goals.

- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure successful implementation of digital solutions.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions.

- Create comprehensive reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

5. Stakeholder Communication:

- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather requirements.

- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior management.

- Ensure clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

- MBA / MS degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

- Proven experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

- Experience in digital transformation initiatives and a passion for exploring new technologies.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to tailor presentations to diverse audiences.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Adept at data visualization with experience in tools like Tableau or Power BI (a plus).

- Experience with digital transformation projects is a plus.
