Job Responsibilities :
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify, and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Take end to end ownership of the product line, identify market requirements, define the product vision, create preliminary design concepts, and drive the implementation of the overall product roadmap
- Work with business and engineering teams to drive product strategy, roadmap, execution to deliver high quality experience
- Provide insights into product, technology and market trends through analytics, user research and competitive benchmarking
- Managing prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience, business impact, performance, and post launch support
- Develop User stories and tasks on JIRA, Troubleshoot Sprint hurdles, Review QA test scenarios and Set up & monitor Product KPIs
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product management (preferably fintech)
- Must know how to write a good PRD
- Familiarity with JIRA
- Strong prioritization, problem solving and communication skills
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
