- Acquisition of key clients & high end customers & adding these clients to his/her existing portfolio for future cross-sell.
- Relate well to different types of customers and adapt his/her style to ensure that the customer is comfortable with the Bank.
- Providing financial advice related to investments, insurance, simple banking transactions.
- Building client rapport with corporate sector/NR clients.
- Delivering the target number with quality & customer delight.

- Achievement of NTB value targets through the RO team
- Achievement of RM productivity targets on NTB / Deepening and Wealth
- Achievement of Regional budgets for the business segment
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Support branches to achieve their objectives on the NRI business segment, including:
- NTB acquisitions
- NTB values
- RM revenue budgets
- RM book deepening
- Conduct training of branch staff on NRI products and services
- Review and monitor branch/staff (RMs / ROs) performance on NRI business
- Joint customer calls along with RMs / ROs
- Identify ground level initiatives for business growth and support branches / RMs / ROs to implement the initiatives
- Initiate tie-ups with various institutions/organizations for sourcing NTB clients
- Identify and implement business facilitator opportunity in rural / under banked areas
- Constant interaction with the Product group to provide ground level feedback for product related changes
