Banking & Finance Law Professional - Non Litigation - Law Firm - LLB

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Experience in Debt, general lending, and borrowing, ECBs, various types of security creation, bonds, NCDs, debentures etc.

- Drafting legal opinions involving banking, payment services, negotiable instruments, securities, security enforcement laws, contracts and company compliances

- Interpret laws, ruling and regulations for banking and finance transactions

- Draft and negotiate banking and finance transactions

- Ensure appropriate approvals are in place before banking and finance transactions are executed

- Manage regulatory and compliance related services

- Support legal and advisory needs associated with a banking and finance portfolio

Desired Candidate Profile :

- LLB from a reputed law school with good academic records

- LLB with 2-4 years PQE in transaction and advisory (non litigation) from a reputed law firm

- Strong experience and industry knowledge in laws related to Banking and Finance

- Good knowledge and experience of the RBI Act, the Banking Regulation Act, IRDA, FEMA among others

- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills

- Natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
