We are hiring Banking Domain Consultant/s - Digital & Mobility   - 12- 16 yrs experience in one or more of the following:  implementing IT projects (complete SDLC) in Banking - either as part of Bank IT / CIO organization or as part of an IT services provider specializing in Banking & Financial Services   functional/domain consulting, business analysis, or system analysis and design for banking customers   - Sound understanding of the banking industry and the banking IT landscape  - Expertise in the domain of Banking in one or more of the following domain areas.  Consumer Banking   Enterprise Account Opening & Servicing  Teller and Branch Banking  Mortgage - both originations and servicing/ collections  Automotive and Student Loans  Asset Finance   Wealth Management  Small Business Banking  - Sound understanding of multiple areas and the ability to address the digital problems of these spaces   Digital - Both front end and back end straight through processing  CRM   Process Simplification and Transformation  Social Analytics  Campaign Management  - Experience with solution consulting, devising solutions, or domain consulting   - Experience working with international banks would be critical   - Should have worked overseas preferably in the US, Europe & UK or Australia/NZ, and should not have significant location-constraints, and must be open to high travel  - Should possess team management skills; Should be able to provide coaching/mentoring to team members and provide domain guidance to technical teams as required  - Should have participated in RFP response preparation (if worked in technology services firm), independently estimated and validated project efforts  - Should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office toolset  - BE/MBA, or other tertiary qualification  - Excellent oral and written communication skills, good presentation skills  Pioneer Financial & Management Services Ltd.
