Designation: Technical Integration Analyst / Senior Technology Integration Analyst  Role: Business Analyst role which is Techno-Functional in nature  Reporting To: Manager / Senior Manager  Role Description: Play an individual contributor and Manage the team to analyse, document & test technical integration components for integration of clients (typically banks) onto Bank Bazaar's platforms.  Job Duties:  - Facilitate requirement gathering interviews, issue clarifications, review documentation, ensure traceability, sign off by all the stakeholders and own the change management for assigned work.   - Work on multiple projects simultaneously  - Interface both with internal stakeholders (Product team, Technology team) and with clients (Banks/Insurance) to achieve this result.  - Should be able to quickly become an expert on the BankBazaar technology platform, and utilize knowledge to come up with best practices for integration  - Help internal stakeholder's action their deliverables ex. by co-ordinating a meeting with an internal expert who can provide suggestions on how to implement a particular module.  - Should be able to execute project assignments in an agile manner  Qualifications/Criteria:  - 2 to 3 years of relevant software experience in a reputed IT organization & at least 2 to 3 years of experience in software analysis, documentation and client interaction.  - Excellent knowledge or working experience in Web Services is a must.  - Good analytical and problem solving skills.  - Experience in Working in Insurance Application Product development Environment is a plus  - Sound knowledge in Web/Middleware Technologies: J2EE, SOAP, RESTful Services.  - Databases: MySQL  About BankBazar.com  BankBazaar is a tech-centric company that has been ranked amongst India's hottest Startup's by Business Today, CNBC Awaaz & Economic Times.
