Who are we looking for:

- Any bachelor's degree (preferably science). Post-graduation is added advantage

- 4-6 years of performance marketing experience. Financial services experience will be an advantage, but we are open to considering marketing talents from other industries.

- Strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

- Proven experience in effectively managing internal stakeholders (such as product, legal, programmers, etc.) and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

- Should have demonstrated experience in running digital marketing campaigns end-to-end, including defining a clear/ detailed plan, tightly managing the development process, executing flawlessly and optimising performance.

- You have both a creative and numerical orientation in running and evaluating campaign performance.

- You are up-to-date on the latest trends in addition to best practices and new innovations on online acquisition campaigns.

What we expect from you: -

- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEM, Social, affiliate, content marketing (Outbrain, Tabula, etc.,), email and Display advertising campaigns

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests

- Experience in website analytics tools like Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.,

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
