Bankbazaar.com - Senior Analyst - Credit Policy

The credit policy on Bankbazaar.com is core to controlling the website intelligence in terms of product offerings that are applicable for different segments of consumers. This function acts as a centrifugal force which helps in cross functionally binding together different functional units within the company towards revenue and disbursal goals by program managing multiple initiatives to achieve the same. The credit policy team also manages relationships with the credit risk organization across all partners banks & FIs.This role will manage credit policy implementation for one of the product categories at Bankbazaar.

Responsibilities :

Managing implementations / launches

- Understand and interpret credit policy for lending products (loans, credit cards)

- Convert credit policy received from partners into business rules for implementation on the website

- Manage new launches and change management of credit policies on the website

Performance monitoring

- Monitor and review the performance of different partnerships in the product category

- Identify areas of improvement and present performance report within the team

- Work with cross functional team (Business operations, Sales, Technology, product management, technology & analytics) on driving relevant policy changes required for achieving product category targets

Qualifications :

- 2 to 4 years' experience / PG / UG

- Preferably in banking domain

- Understanding of credit policy of lending products will be an added advantage
