Role: New Initiatives Manager, Campaign Management
Location : Chennai
- Responsible to lead and scale all initiatives related to setting up new Campaign channels and personalization of communications

Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible to lead all new initiatives in the Campaign Management Team including :
- Exploring new channels
- Own the Personalization of communications initiative in Campaign Management
Exploring New Channels:
- Define strategy: Look for opportunities to explore newer mediums of communication like Browser Push Notifs, Progressive Web Apps, and automated outbound communications
- Implement the pilots by leading cross-functional teams
- Define metrics for success for all these initiatives and drive teams to deliver
Personalization of communications :
- We are in an exciting phase where we are building systems that can synthesize the huge trove of customer data that we have and provide a single view of the customer
- Personalized communication at scale to millions of our customers everyday is the next Holy Grail we are after
- Lead the efforts on Personalization; Define success metrics and make things happen
- Work closely with cross-functional teams like Analytics, Product, and Content teams to effectively deliver on the plan and improve performance metrics
- This role will entail working with multiple teams and Senior Management on several new strategies; Work pace will be high and multi-tasking the usual norm
Desired Experience and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, or Business Management. MBA is preferable.
- 3-8 years of overall experience and last 2 years at least in any digital marketing channel
- An analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous work environment that has multiple moving parts
- Willingness to get hands dirty and make things happen
- Proven track record in analyzing data on a daily basis and ability turn data into actionable insights
