Open Position - Assistant Manager (4-5 years post qualification experience) / Manager - Finance (6-8 years post qualification experience)

- Responsible for Review of Accounting (Vendors/ payroll/Revenue/Receivables)

- Responsible for accruals, month end closure

- Responsible for payment of statutory dues & filing of statutory returns

- Responsible for FD & related interest & TDS thereon

- Responsible for preparation of financial statements for standalone and consolidation

- Accounting and reconciliation of Vendor Payments against the Invoice

- Knowledge of TDS/Service Tax returns & review

- Working Knowledge in Tally Accounting system

- Responsible for payroll & employee reimbursements

- Responsible for compliance with regulatory statutes like Income Tax, Service tax, Companies Act, RBI, FEMA, etc.

- Responsible for handling audits - internal, statutory and tax

Requirements :

- Should be a Qualified Chartered Accountant

- Should have relevant experience post qualification for AM / Manager

- Good Communication Skills

- Strong in accounting concepts and applicability of accounting standards

- Should be able to take initiatives in automation

- Self-motivated

- Able to manage team (insourced and outsourced)

- Should be able to influence to implement processes and procedures for better accounting and control
