Title: AVP Online Marketing   Work Location: Bangalore   Reporting to: VP Online Marketing   Experience : 7 – 9 Yrs   Job Description:   - The role of AVP Online Marketing shall be responsible for managing online customer acquisition for sales of loans and insurance products.   - The work profile includes being responsible for maintaining and optimising the website from a marketing perspective, and running digital programs to generate high quality traffic to the website.   - The AVP Online Marketing will be responsible for delivering sales results and the digital brand objectives. The location for this role will be Bangalore with an extensive need to travel.   Key Responsibilities :   - Developing, executing and delivering the company’s digital/online marketing strategy, through key marketing channels.   - Managing online branding, communications and campaigns through the company website, email marketing, building the online community, SEO & SEM   - Managing all communications to drive leads and ensure through gap analysis, appropriate support to correct performance within cost effective targets.   - To review/analyse the performance of all sites and for campaign reporting. § To ensure that revenue and costs per acquisition are managed along with delivery of ROI   - To develop and execute solid plans to increase page views, unique visitors, dwell time and site ‘stickiness’ to encourage repeat usage   - o implement and monitor SEO and PPC strategy to drive traffic and conversion rates   Desired Skills/Experience:   - 8 years of relevant experience with MBA from top tier schools   - Proven experience in digital marketing and online PR in an agency or consumer branding environment   - Strong understanding of the digital landscape and how it can be used to support and develop the brand  - Good experience and understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements   - Search engine experience, including the ability to generate inbound links from the internet   - Proficiency using tools to track and report on response rates, traffic and pick up   - Broader digital marketing skills encompassing keyword generation, PPC marketing and banner advertising § Experience of campaign management e.g. Google Ad Words, Ad Mob, Email, Experience of budgeting, reporting and analysis   - Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and easily adapt to change   About BankBazaar.com:   BankBazaar.com is the world's first neutral online marketplace that gives you instant customized rate quotes on loans and insurance products.
