The roles calls for close analysis of critical parts of the customer funnel, identifying problem areas, providing simple, effective solutions to improve conversions in the user flow and leveraging existing frameworks strategically in new geographical market locations. This will contribute to the company's overall goal of a true paperless journey in the discovery, application and documentation processes of the funnel and also easing the decision-making process for banking partners.  Mobile App:   Location: Chennai / Bangalore   BankBazaar is looking to fill key positions in the Product Management team that will play a key role in seamless user experience within the Mobile App ecosystem. As part of the role, solving user problems in key parts of the customer funnel, especially in the Mobile App ecosystem. This means close analysis of critical parts of the customer funnel, identifying problem areas and providing simple, effective solutions to improve conversions in the user flow. This will contribute to the company's overall goal of a true paperless journey in the discovery, eligibility, application and documentation processes of the funnel and also easing the decision-making process for banking partners.  Paperless Dispursals:   Location: Bangalore   BankBazaar is looking for an individual in the Product Management Team, who will play a key role in expansion of BB into international markets by leveraging the global platforms and working closely with business teams in new markets. As part of the role, solving user problems is one of the key parts of the funnel i.e. Instant disbursal in our paperless journey. This means close analysis of this critical part of the funnel, identify problem areas and provide simple, effective solutions to improve conversions in the user flow. This will contribute to the company's overall goal of a true paperless journey in the final application, documentation process of the funnel.  Retention and Personalisation   Location: Bangalore   BankBazaar is looking to fill key positions in the Product Management team that will play a key role in influencing the primary/initial part of the customer funnel. The roles calls for close analysis of critical parts of the customer funnel, identifying problem areas, providing simple, effective solutions to improve personalisation (and thereby, conversions) and avoid drop-offs in the user flow; setting the tone for a great user experience to help customers access the right products and ensuring return visits. This will contribute to the company's overall goal of a true paperless journey in the effective customisation of products, documentation process of the funnel and also easing the decision-making process for banking partners.  Key Responsibilities:  - Support in launch of new products & features geared for conversions & flow enhancements  - Understand the workings of BB frameworks & collate pieces between various stakeholding teams to execute on deliverables  - Leverage analytics data and conversion metrics to identify & resolve pain points in user flow  - Analyze feature performance & device solvable methods /fixes by working with dev team  - Prioritize features, requests, asks from various teams keeping in mind customer impact, business impact & dev costs  - Close involvement in documentation, validation, verification of critical performance data, feedback and findings related to the customer buying funnel  - Responsible for driving key conversion metrics along with Senior Product Manager   Company Description:  What is BankBazaar-   BankBazaar has been defining the online personal finance experience over the last 8+ years & grown into India's #1 leading online platform for Loans & Credit Cards in India.
