Opportunity - Sr Manager/Manager – Business Operations & Partner Management

We are seeking smart MBAs who are passionate about building a company that is going to have a big impact on millions of customers around the world. Candidate Profile

- MBA degree from a Tier 1/Tier 2 B-School.

- 3+ years experience in Retail banking/Insurance/NBFC with exemplary track record in Sales and Channel Management.

- Excellent interpersonal and Negotiation Skills

- Ability to own responsibilities and work under minimal guidance

- Strong Analytical skills with good command over excel

Also,

- Have been in top 20% of their company consistently in terms of Business target achievement and Rating

- Have handled a team

- Preferably exposure in assets side

- Open to relocate to Chennai

- Have shown the willingness to stay at a place for atleast 2+ years in past.

Job Description

- Complete ownership to Develop and maintain post-sales relationships with key accounts at national level (banks and financial institutions) critical to the company in terms of recurring base revenue and future growth.

- Perform activities for assigned strategic accounts to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives

- Frequent interactions with Senior Management of Bank Partners

- Proactively create strategic recommendations and drive their successful implementation with clients

- Support, develop, and execute the firm's strategies for the maximum efficiency by analyzing of data and existing processes, recognizing trends, forming conclusions.
