1. Preparation of ongoing products and marketing content, collaterals etc with support of Marketing team including existing and new product initiatives.
2. Would be a bridge between the central team ensuring end-to-end engagement.
3. Emission and Dissemination of product information to sales team.
4. Be responsible to provide regular updates to Head-Sales, CEO and other members of management team on the new trends and product lines in the mutual fund and BFSI industry.
5. Be responsible to conceptualize and structure suitable products to the AMC with ideation of new products.
6. Advice on product features.
7. Work closely with the Investment team and Head-Sales for enhancing the existing products as well as adding upon new product offerings suitable for both institutional and retail client base.
8. Be involved in preparation of RFP's.
9. To ensure right product strategy for Equity & Debt products and product mixes.
10. Monitoring of Product performance vis-a-vis peers and benchmark indices across all product categories.
11. Ensuring product documents are formulated and maintained within the regulatory framework.
Professional Skillsets:
- Strong understanding of retail financial products, sound knowledge about equity and fixed income markets
- Strong analytical skills
- Good understanding of asset classes and macro environment.
- Excellent understanding of customer segments, competitors, product suite of all mutual funds
- Knowledge of regulatory environment and relevant guidelines
- Good at presentation - written and oral communication
- Stakeholder management.
Mandatory requirement:
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in financial services industry with at least 3-4 years of experience with a mutual fund /insurance/private bank/wealth management in the area of product development
Education & Professional Certification:
- Postgraduate/MBA/CA
- NISM preferred
