Skillsets:

- Proven experience as Revenue Assurance and Billing Specialist

- Adherence to laws and best practices in regard to dealing with customers, invoicing and data

- Excellent knowledge of Advance Excel (candidates wourl be preferred having advance tool knowledge like Macros, MySQL, Python, etc.)

- Should have strong willingness and mindset to explore and adapt any new systems or technologies in order to bring efficiency or automation

- Should be a tech geek and should be familiar with data visualization software, Customer Ticketing system, etc for better customer experience

- Strong Interpersonal, Communication and analytical skills

Qualification: Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA from a reputed Tier II institute.

Here's what your day would look like.

- Ensuing client billing is finalized and closed as per agreed contractual commercials with clients and as per the internal policy.

- Preparing working for monthly revenue recognition as per the contractual terms and reporting to the accounting team for booking in the ERP system Should strongly understand the business processes and systems impacting commercials and eventually customer billing Periodical review and audit of commercials vis-a-vis contracts to ensure billing accuracy, strong internal controls and better client experience Should be able to interpret commercial clauses in client agreements and visualize feasible billing impact, if any.

- Ensuring clients are on-boarded and maintained as per internal control process and policy.

- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure for any issues while preparing and finalizing the billing accurately.

- Controlling Revenue Leakages by analyzing the root cause.

- Develop and design methods or processes to eliminate such instances.

- Reconciliation of all the customer o/s balances (Billed + Unbilled) on a quarterly basis for Top 50 Customers Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with clients Performing all Month-End tasks for all assigned customers, including reconciling and auditing monthly revenue Interacting with customers, market development/client delivery representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions e.g. onboarding and related documents, First time right billing for new clients, getting approvals on invoices, etc.

- Capturing thorough documentation of processes, procedures, and reporting standards of all aspects of the billing functions in both manual and electronic platforms Performing assigned tasks in compliance with internal controls and policies has context menu.
