- To oversee and ensure effective and efficient service delivery which provide superior service to customers and support to internal departments, Ensuring compliance with the bank's standards and statutory requirements, Maintain accuracy and service standards. Have capabilities to develop, motivate and assess staff performance.

- Manage Nostro reconciliation and resolve the differences

Accounting and Reconciliation skills

- Experience in reconciliation such as balance sheet, accruals,etc

- In-depth functional experience in accounting for all major balance sheet heads,etc

- Familiar with operating system & strong PC skills

- Knowledge of technical accounting concepts.

External relationship management skills

- Able to work effectively with different teams

- Ability and experience of managing customer relationships/ service delivery

- Experience of interfacing with external auditors preferred

Experience (preferred)

- 6-8 years+ experience in finance (accounting & reconciliation)

- At least 2-4 years in management position

MS office skills

- Hands on Experience using MS Office applications

Balance sheet reconciliation is not a mandatory exp, Gen accounting, AP / AR, recon, experience is good.
