Senior Manager / Associate Director - Risk & Advisory Services.

A. Business Development

- Will be responsible to bring in new clients so that the business grows.

- Will be responsible for driving large target acquisition, based on set out business targets.

B. Practice Management

- Will be responsible for handling a portfolio of clients and team members.

- Will be responsible for Profitability Management.

- Will be responsible to motivate and lead the team.

- Will be responsible to attract good talent and build team.

C. Service Delivery

- Understand, document, and test the key risks and controls within various businesses and operations for the RAS Department.

- Ensure a robust Control framework to ensure we meet global standards and are compliant with all the control procedures applicable to our business

- Maintain on-going relationship and dialogue with local business partners and with regional and global colleagues.

Core competencies for the profile -

- Expert/ high knowledge and experience on Internal Audit on various engagements for MNC or top Indian corporate houses

- Preliminary planning and establishing direction for audits, providing leadership to assigned auditors, managing project to quality outcomes, while meeting established project milestones and deliverable completion dates.

- Effective in all phases of audit planning, includes quickly gaining an understanding of the business or technical area under review, developing audit scope, objective, areas of risk, steps to assess the mitigation of the risk, and detailed project plans.

- Maintaining a general knowledge and demonstrating application of financial and operational audit concepts, standards and methodologies. Demonstrating a working knowledge of relevant audit and security frameworks, methodologies and standards (COBIT, IT Governance Institute, IIA Standards, COSO, SAS, etc.)
