Job title : Zonal Head Sales - Rural Lending

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Strategize, plan and execute the acquisition plan for the Zone;
- Drive the key product parameters, sales, and cost.
- Build and lead a highly effective team
- Drive branch Profitability.
- Conceptualize and develop marketing plans for the products in line with the business plan;
- To develop the product and define strategies to deliver Net Income in compliance with organization's goal;
- Conceive and execute key projects for respective RCD or Non RCD products and work across functions to ensure delivery of project objectives ;
- To analyze business & competition data to identify trends & new opportunities;
- Continuously monitor, assess, anticipate and meet requirements of the field sales with respect to policy and process simplification to reinforce the product in the market;
- Design promotional schemes and contests for supporting higher sales and motivating team and channels;
- Design contests and other promotional schemes to drive sales;
- Support Collections of delinquent accounts and manage quality portfolio
- Drive employee productivity.
- Travel across locations and lead from the front.
- Drive ASSCs (franchisees) for sourcing business while complying with BFL norms.
- Owning Portfolio for respective products, resolution of bucket cases. Inculcating the same behavior in teams.
Required Qualifications and Experience :
- MBA or Equivalent
- 10-12 years of total experience with minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in consumer lending.
- Should have experience in handling multiple regions and large size teams in the current role.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Should have strong grip on the local Market and knowledge of the local Language
