Position Summary :
- As part of the Regional Commercial Lending Set up for South Region with BFL, this person will be directly responsible for revenue delivery on fee and interest income for the industry verticals assigned through focused efforts around new client acquisition and management of existing Commercial Lending relationship.
- The person should have prior revenue delivery experience in the commercial lending in Auto Industry. Exposure to Supply chain financing will be an added advantage.
Key Deliverables for the role :
- Will be responsible for new client acquisition as well as Relationship Management for existing portfolio of commercial lending / vendor financing clients.
- Will front end the client engagement for an end to end sales delivery of a financing solution.
- Will be responsible for revenue delivery on (fee and Interest Income) through focused efforts around
- New Client Acquisition numbers
- Existing Customers Wallet Penetration
- Client Relationship Strength Scores
- Cross Sell Delivery
- Competitive Benchmarking initiatives as well as other relevant KPI's in line with targets assigned.
- Will be a quick and continuous learner building domain expertise around the identified industries.
- Will be expected to actively participate and contribute towards development initiatives in the practice.
Stakeholder : Extensive engagement with Clients, Credit and Underwriting, Legal, Operations and BI.
