Job title : Vertical Head - COE, Learning & Development (E08)

Reports to : Head -COE, Cross sell

Location : Pune (HO)

Responsibilities :

- Develop a L&D framework across various levels in each business and function

- Map capabilities of individuals in COE, Sales Planning and Sales Management and develop a personalized individual development framework followed by appropriate L&D programs

- Implement the framework with a training calendar assigned to every individual across all levels

- Work closely with internal and external partners in developing the required content for every training module and make timely changes when appropriate.

- Build assessment metrics for every training module and ensure progress at an individual level

- Understand the end to end business processes, changes if any and develop appropriate training modules and ensure training rollout is aligned with the process rollout

- Track execution of the L&D initiatives on an ongoing basis and build a framework to reward progress in the form of BFL credits and non-adherence is penalized.

- Work closely with Marketing, IT and HR in integrating the training module in ILLUME

- Drive adoption with comprehensive assessment tools

Required Qualifications and Experience :

- Should have 8-12 year of experience overall with natural orientation to learning & coaching

- Prior experience in similar roles with exposure to Sales/operations is a must

- Should have a MBA / Post Graduate Degree

- Should have collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues across the company.

- Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation preparation and data analytics skills.

- Excellent Team Management & Interpersonal Skills.

- Exceptionally high motivational levels and need to be a self-starter
