Job title : Senior Manager(E06) - Capacity planning & Talent management, Consumer cross sell
Reports to : Sr. VP & GBH, Consumer cross sell
Location : Pune (HO)
Work with GBH on assessing head count requirement for group businesses on an on- going basis, create capacity model for each business, execute & administer it with a view to increase efficiency & retain/engage/add talent
Responsibilities :
- Build capacity model for all group businesses
- Engage with HR for hiring requirement completion on time
- Define role responsibilities & create evaluation framework with HR for evaluation & rewards
- Own & Run R&R for the group businesses
- Create employee engagement platforms & run them for ensuring high level of employee engagement
- Own & run all ESAT initiatives with HR
Required Qualifications and Experience :
- Should have 5-8 year of experience overall, with minimum 4 years of stint in HR in Talent management and/or talent acquisition role
- High on energy & people orientation
- Should have a MBA / Post Graduate Degree
- Should have collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues across the company.
- Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills.
- Excellent Team Management & Interpersonal Skills.
- Exceptionally high motivational levels and need to be a self-starter
- Quick learner
