KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A. TRAFFIC, ACQUISITION AND FUNNEL MANAGEMENT
- Execute various traffic generation and conversion programs for mobile
- Embed tools to drive funnel conversions
- Identify and implement funnel optimization initiatives
B. FEATURES AND CAPABILITIES MANAGEMENT
- Benchmark feature sets of mobile environments with competition
- Work with Martech to institute a real time UX optimization process
- Work with Research and Insights team to identify pain points and optimization opportunities
- Introduce new features and functionalities
- Work with Martech for new feature builds
C. PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
- Work with Precision marketing to leverage data to drive funnel and conversions
- Own reporting and analysis of campaigns, showing total impact of online marketing activities and overall online marketing ROI
D. STRATEGIC ROADMAP
- Create the strategic marketing roadmap for mobile, including the browser and app ecosystem, clearly laying out the long term plan for both the environments
- Convert the strategy into an annual operating plan, marking out capabilities, initiatives and milestones
- Work with the Martech team to develop capabilities and other COEs within Digital Marketing to carry out key programs
E. MARKETING PLANNING AND EXECUTION
- Work with strategic brand management teams to develop a clear and compelling proposition, user benefits and product positioning
- Define the marketing plan for mobile
- Drive awareness for and utilization of mobile app ecosystem
- Leverage various marketing channels to drive app downloads and usage
- Increase share of mobile across brand and business KPIs
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Understanding of mobile marketing ecosystem
- Direct Hands On experience of running large performance marketing programs for mobile
- Strong experience in using data / insights & analytics to drive marketing decisions and strategy
- Comfort with marketing technology interface and abreast of latest mobile technologies

PAST EXPERIENCE
- 6-10 year's experience with at least 3 years managing Mobile Marketing platforms in a high growth company
- Post graduate in business management or a specialization in digital marketing
- Strong bias for E-commerce experience
- Exposure to P&L management is a significant plus
