Position Summary :
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for conceptualizing and implementing the strategic plan to steer delivery & business Launch
- Responsible for Market Research and Competitor Mapping. Travel to location for market research
- Develop and manage the MSME product line, define strategies to deliver Net Income in line with organization's goals.
- Will drive P&L with new product proposition.
- Design & Build processes & Key Strategic Initiatives to deliver the business targets.
- Initiate & Lead key projects for the Business which builds capability.
- Responsible for Product Development, Portfolio Management and Analysis.
- Responsible for designing and launching new products and setting processes to increase customer acquisition.
- Engage in analysis relating to profitability, delinquency, and viability of all MSME products for various strategic decisions to be taken by the senior management.
- Design and launch contests and schemes for employees and Channel Partners.
- Monitor pricing, revenue generation, product management, new product development, portfolio performance including budgetary, expansion and long term business planning.
- Responsible for financial planning and analysis, monitoring competitors- activities, ensuring compliance with the product policies & pricing, tracking costs, ensuring cost control and reduction.
- Design and execute national level promotional campaigns and sales strategies to increase market penetration
- Designing systems and matrices to enhance overall productivity and profitability.
- Coordinate with Finance, HR, Marketing, Sales, Risk, and IT teams to ensure launch & smooth functioning of the business.
- Ensure systems, processes, technology development and improvement is as per Business requirements.

Required Qualifications :
- Should have a MBA / Post Graduate Degree
- Should have 6 to 8 year of experience in lending business with 3 to 4 years in Loan Against property in a product/sales role
- Should have collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues in other functions across the company.
- Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills.
- Excellent Team Management & Interpersonal Skills.
- Exceptionally high motivational levels and need to be a self-starter.
- Should have handled multiple regions and large size teams in previous role.
