Job Title : Senior Manager - ORM, Rural Lending

Position Summary :
Duties and Responsibilities :
Key Risk indicators(KRIs) :
- Collation of data from the various verticals
- Undertake Root cause & trend analysis
- Identification & closure of corrective/ preventive action in co-ordination with the internal/external team.
- Publish actions taken
Loss Data :
- Consolidation of loss data from flowing from different channels
- Analysis & identification of any from data base maintained of loss events
- Root cause analysis, closure of preventive and corrective actions
- Coordination within internal/external team to close all actionable items
Projects :
- End to end completion of ORM Projects following the 17 step methodology.
- Analysis of the process flow & conducting the RCSA
- Perform testing and validation on control gap remediation efforts
Reporting :
- Assist in the production of timely reports for senior management, key stakeholders, and Risk Committees
- Ensure timely updation of Loss events, KRIs & RCSA in GRC tool along with mitigation of the same.
- Prepare the reports/ presentations for various stakeholders
- Any other additional responsibilities which may be required to be taken up as a part of ORM

Required Qualifications :
- MBA/CA or equivalent
- Experience in internal audit / Risk assessment/ operations function of lending business
- 5-6 years of overall experience
- Should have experience in rural lending business
- Should have experience in handling inter department projects
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Experience in data analysis and report drafting
- Excellent Excel & Power Point proficiency
- Positive attitude and team player
- Experience of establishing and maintaining relationships with business units / managers for managing day-to-day business
- Ability to minimize operational risks including deep understanding of audit, compliance & ORM requirements
