Job title : Senior Manager - COE, Digital initiatives - Process enhancements (E06)

Reports to : Vertical head - COE, Digital initiatives

Location : Pune (HO)

Deliver latest & cutting edge digital capabilities for Cross sell businesses adopting & implementing up to date mobile & web applications & tools to enable hyper speed & seamless customer experience, enabling market capture for businesses

Responsibilities :

- Identify big impact areas for improvement in processes using mobile applications & web tools

- Constantly work on businesses horizontally to evaluate alternate digital enabled processes to improve efficiency across various processes like document verification, CPV, credit assessment etc.,

- Integrate Sales force in a mobile platform and migrate all SF processes to mobile

- Enable businesses with digital capabilities for immediate intervention at various customer interaction points (Sales and Service)

- Work with IT teams on build creation, expediting business requirement

- Test new builds for all scenarios & production outcomes, closely work with IT for implementation

- Drive adoption & success of new products/processes with users

Required Qualifications and Experience :

- Should have 4-7 year of experience overall

- Prior experience in working on mobile applications/ online marketing/ web initiatives is a must

- Should have a MBA / Post Graduate Degree

- Should have collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues across the company.

- Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation preparation and data analytics skills.

- Excellent Team Management & Interpersonal Skills.

- Exceptionally high motivational levels and need to be a self-starter
