Reports to : Vertical Head- Call Center and Campaign Management, COE

Location : Pune (HO)

Build Cibil Watch channel as a significant force multiplier for cross sell business

Responsibilities :

- Ownership of watch basket for all cross sell businesses ( SHL / UGL / PLCS). Analyse and define the right mix of offers to be placed under Cibil watch basket for maximum conversion

- Monthly analysis and re-alignment of watch basket

- Work closely with business, risk and analytics team to identify areas to increase cibil watch opportunity - data, basket and lead conversion

- Conceptualize and build new capabilities, along with cross functional teams, to deliver exponential growth

- Drive on field conversion for Cibil Watch leads by working closely with business team

- Design promotional campaigns to increase conversion

- Complete ownership of CW business volumes along with business team

Required Qualifications and Experience :

- Having minimum 6 - 7 years of experience in Call Centre Sales / product/Analytics role in retail lending

- Should have collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues across the company.

- Should have excellent communication skills Excellent Team Management & Interpersonal Skills

- Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter

- Good knowledge of MS-Office is a must
