Location : Pune (HO)

Job Role : This candidate will be responsible for managing various horizontal analytics projects on risk Analytics across for group businesses

Responsibilities :

- Develop best-in class core risk & profitability models and decision support tools for all aspects of credit risk decision points across customer lifecycle

- Build & manage different kinds of scorecards - Application and behaviour score used for customer eligibility / line assignment / credit decisions

- Lead & supervise predictive analytics based solutions for - Bad rate, customer attrition

- Assess impact of various policy changes and implementations. Continuously track them to determine effectiveness on risk metrics

- Develop & articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis

- Pro-actively understand & assess market trends wrt business requirements

- Strategy formulation for long-term business growth

- Ability to work effectively across business and functional areas teams - Strong influencing, negotiating, and facilitation skills

- To work with support functions to deliver special projects: Build, implement & track

- Ability to deliver timely results in a fast paced environment

- The candidate will be driven by targets on key risk metrics, &eventual loss movement in loan tenor

Required Qualifications and Experience :

- MBA / Post Graduate with 6-7 years experience

- Must possess excellent analytics skills preferably in BFSI domain

- Hands on experience in Scorecard development, Model scoring, model validation etc.

- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, Predictive analytics, regression etc.

- Very strong analytical & innovation skills

- Excellent communication, data management and presentation skills
