Bajaj Finserv - National Manager - Risk Salaried Personal Loan

Duties And Responsibilities :

- Portfolio Management for Salaried PL Portfolio

- Product profitability through loss control & management

- Monitoring Risk KPIs

- Ensure continuous improvement/enhancement to systems (SFDC & Finnone) platforms by identifying gaps proactively.

- Management of the acquisition and underwriting system SFDC

- Identifying additional data avenues/ opportunities for offering existing customers

- Managing the team to achieve desired results.

- Ensure continuous improvement/enhancement to systems (SFDC & Finnone) platforms by identifying gaps proactively.

- Support product team in developing systems, IT development and improvement of the same and is line with business requirements.

- Working closely with FCU to minimize fraud risk

- Building framework to continuously assess and evaluate system capabilities to eliminate operational loss

- Monthly file audit and sharing feedback to all stake holders

- Monthly interaction & feedback mechanism with collection team to get ground level feedback on market/portfolio

- Support business in various initiatives and promotions by enabling business growth and maintaining portfolio quality

Required Qualifications :

- 8-10 years of relevant experience in Risk policy development and deployment

- Past underwriting/Policy Formulation experience pertaining to medium ticket personal loans is a Must

- Analytical abilities. Exposure to analytical tools (eg.SAS, SPSS, SOL, and Knowledge Seeker) is preferred.

- Team Management & Interpersonal Skills.

- Understands distribution management

- Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills.

- Should be willing to travel
