Reporting To : Head - SME Lending Risk Officer

Location : Corporate Office - Pune

Duties and Responsibilities :

- Responsible for developing lending policies to support the RM lending business

- Monitoring and constant calibration of the Risk framework

- Evaluation of Portfolio performance and benchmarking the same to Industry

- Should apply market acumen and portfolio analysis expertise to review portfolio performance matrices on a regular basis and execute relevant risk mitigation action.

- Support the credit function in deal appraisals and deal structuring, keeping in mind customer nuances.

- Build robust monitoring mechanisms, risk profiling, default probability analysis and scoring models to build and manage a profitable portfolio.

- Will be measured on portfolio profitability, loss management and engagement with product, credit and relationship team.

- Additionally will handle responsibilities in supporting new program credit underwriting standards, process and delivery platform initiatives.

Stakeholders : Extensive engagement with Product team, Sales team, Clients, Sales channel, Underwriting, Legal, Operations and Business Intelligence.

Required Qualifications :

- CA/ MBA with 10 - 12 years of relevant risk management experience

- Strong exposure and understanding of credit practices and products in Mortgages

- Hands on experience and strong capability on portfolio analysis, credit modeling and credit due diligence
