- Formulating and leading a resourcing strategy that cost effectively delivers world class talent across the organization.
- To identify and build relationships with reputable external partners, monitoring service level agreements and managing large-scale recruitment campaigns.
- Manage the entire external and internal candidate process - sourcing, screening, and closing external candidates.
- Ensure manpower on board in time and effective cost through monitoring progress against the hiring and recruiting plans, and identifying ongoing areas for improvements and associated actions
- Manage specific projects as determined in the annual HR operational plan and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives
- Establish strategy for diversity, recruiting and retention of new hires
- Build and manage relationships to facilitate recruiting process and to meet hiring goals, work with hiring managers and provide interview training to hiring managers.
- Conduct interviews and drive hiring process with metrics to measure results.
- Manage Talent Acquisition budgets for present and future needs
- Support leadership efforts to drive recruitment performance and effectiveness.
- Monitor and review recruiting KPIs, using this to identify opportunities for improving performance results within the business
- Collaborate with HR business partners and business leaders to define appropriate specifications for approved immediate and future internal and external positions
- Partner with the Campus team to hire top talent and implement appropriate programs.
- Articulate business strategy and complexities of the external competitive landscape to the business
