Reports to : Senior Manager - Capacity planning & Talent management, Consumer cross sell
Location : Pune (HO)
Work with businesses to create employee engagement platforms, delivering highly engaged employee group for group businesses & delivering business target ESAT
Responsibilities :
- Define role responsibilities & create evaluation framework with HR for evaluation & rewards
- Own & Run R&R for the group businesses
- Create employee engagement platforms & run them for ensuring high level of employee engagement
- Own & run all ESAT initiatives with HR
Required Qualifications and Experience :
- Should have 4-6 year of experience over-all, with minimum 3 years of stint in HR in Talent management/HR engagement role
- High on energy & people orientation
- Should have a MBA / Post Graduate Degree
- Should have collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues across the company.
- Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills.
- Excellent Team Management & Interpersonal Skills.
- Exceptionally high motivational levels and need to be a self-starter
- Quick learner
