This position is responsible for building and delivering on the Revenue and Productivity metrics for Ecommerce Finance business. Responsibility Type Description

Duties and Responsibilities :

Building Customer Experience

- Analyze, develop & maintain E-tailer relationship management repository in systematic manner.

- Manage & Publish deliverables tracker with all external stakeholders.

- Coordinate with various departments within the organization to ensure all requirements w.r.t. E-commerce player onboarding on company's No Cost EMI proposition are addressed

Project Management

- Lead & Build a - Nimbleness to Change Management- project delivery eco-system within the organization to keep in pace with E-tailers technology requirements & ensure timely Go to Market launch

- Lead all program communications ensuring all stakeholders, including executive management, are advised of program status & all the relevant sign-offs from various departments are in place.

- Deliver the project as per the agreed timelines & ensuring that both internal & external customers are in sync with the deliverables

- Deliver the best experience to customer across Ecommerce Consumer Finance lifecycle

Product Management

- Developing & build compelling product proposition for Consumer Finance for Etailers

- Design & get interdepartmental sign offs from E-tailers on product policy & process

- Responsible for the quality of business acquired/portfolio, take necessary corrective actions wherever required.

- Will involve handling multiple requests and priorities from partners. Should be able to balance the requirements and the delivery timelines

Required Qualifications and Experience :

MBA from premier institute

- Prior experience with top 3 Ecommerce player would be an added advantage

- Enthusiastic, hardworking with excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to thrive in multi-tasking environment, yet focus on details

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Ability to interface and deliver by working with various cross-functional internal & partner teams (Technology, Operations, Product and Sales)
