Responsibilities:
1 Acumen to understand business
2 Logical understanding of business
3 Create dashboards / score cards / making presentations
4 Providing strategic inputs to Group Business Head
5 Work with GBH & in organizing review & meeting calendars at the start of the month/week
6 Design comprehensive trackers & review mechanism and track key tracker items
7 Highlight delays & share regular progress updates with GBH and team members
8 Assist BH in drafting important document/mail communication
9 Attend meetings along with GBH and document & track Minutes of meetings
Required Qualifications:
Should have minimum 1-3 years of experience
Should have experience in product/project role, with expertise in PPT/ XL & document drafting skills
Should be strong in follow-ups & have eye for detail
Should have a MBA / Post Graduate Degree from Tier I or II college
Should have collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues across the company.
Should have excellent communication skills.
