Job title : Deputy Manager (E03) - Capacity planning, Consumer cross sell

Reports to : Senior Manager - Capacity planning & Talent management, Consumer cross sell

Location : Pune (HO)

Work with group businesses on assessing head count requirement for group businesses on an on- going basis, create capacity model for each business, execute & administer it with a view to increase efficiency

Responsibilities :

- Build capacity model for all group businesses

- Engage with HR for hiring requirement completion on time

- Track hiring progress closely & highlight/update at regular intervals

- Work with L&D teams for smooth on-boarding of new employees

Required Qualifications and Experience :

- Should have 3-5 year of experience overall

- High on energy & people orientation

- Should have a MBA / Post Graduate Degree

- Should have collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues across the company.

- Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills.

- Exceptionally high motivational levels and need to be a self-starter

- Quick learner
