Role - Analyst, Developer Funding

Location - Mumbai

Number of working days - 6 days working

No work from Home Option

Responsibilities

- Loan account monitoring for timely servicing of interest and principal repayment.

- Loan documentation for new clients.

- Facilitating compliances (legal vetting of original documents, valuation report of projects, sales MIS, escrow account opening etc.) for existing and new clients.

- Preparing financial summary from balance sheets for senior management.

- Assisting senior RMs in Business development for generating new business on monthly basis through direct relationships and through consultants.

- Assisting senior RMs in execution of the deals concluded (Valuation, Legal and Documentation).

- Providing post disbursement service to the clients.

- Executing tranche disbursements for the clients by coordinating with Risk, Credit and Compliance.

- Follow up with clients to get the pending compliance completed.
