Reports to : Business Head - Payments

Function : Wallets

Position summary : Responsible for P&L Management, Relationship Management and Project Management for the for the cobrand Wallet business.

Duties and Responsibilities :

- Plan, lead and execute the overall Wallets business strategy under the guidance of the Payments Head

- Ensure frictionless partner management with cobrand partner through seamless collaboration across all partnership facets

- To design, deliver and lead disruptive capabilities that would result in superior Wallet P&L metric's

- Independently lead the cross functional project team for delivery of various capabilities / initiatives

- Work effectively with all stakeholders to deliver product volume and profitability metric's as per business plans

- Partner the Payments Head in driving Strategy, Reporting, Partner Management and the overall P&L

Required Qualifications and Experience :

- MBA from premier institute

- Overall 10-12 yrs experience of proven track record of handling Relationship Management, Project Management & Product Management in the retail financial industry with majority experience being in Relationship & Project Management

- Strong exposure to new age businesses like Wallets and Payments will be an added advantage

- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.

- Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.

- Ability to question status quo and continuously evolve to achieve superior outcome

- Ability to be a self starter and independently take initiatives from conceptualization to culmination
