- Core responsibility will be to deliver the P&L of the business. The P&L will be a multi product responsibility and P&L management will include appropriate tagging and sharing of P&L with partner as per prior agreements,
- Management of the core customer franchise of the partner to ensure the customers are appropriately segment with the right propositions offered to them
- Proposition creation to maximize penetration and value creation
- Management of fulfillment of demand from offer generation, through sales/pick up, credit and operations across channels
- Liaison with key departments including operations, risk, product, analytics, technology, service and collections to ensure seamless delivery
Strategies to deliver each line of the P&L
- Drive revenue through sales conversion
- Drive cross sell or BFL and partner products across the franchise
- Manage Cost and Investment in line with short term and long term revenue and P&L ability
- Continuously lead technology led solutions that are efficient and quick
- Liaise with credit to ensure there is no compromise on asset quality or TAT
Team Management
- Create and drive the sales / fulfilment structures and teams
- Ensure team is motivated to deliver revenues the right way
- Build strong customer orientation rather than a sales push approach
Manage the franchise
- Drive data enrichment efforts to build a better understanding of the customers
- Ensure continuous de-dupe to eliminate inefficiencies
- Understand transaction information of partners to drive better propositions through better segmentation and processes
- Understand sales process at partner side to enable greater conversion
Proposition creation
- Create unique Propositions that drive customer value and ensure products are not commoditized
- Keep a sharp eye on cost-benefit trade offs
- Focus on strategies that ensure positive selection
- Laision with other departments
