To lead the channel marketing and sales strategy team and be responsible for business delivery by partnering with trade channel leadership for MR and CP segment.
1. To plan and execute distribution and volumes for all categories end to end. To work with sales and marketing to close distribution plans for all categories.
2. To plan channel marketing activities via BTL for Trade channel.
3. Driving strategies for leveraging different influencers to drive business - design influencer programs.
4. Design trade schemes and promotions to drive category ambitions/ work closely with marketing team to ensure P&L delivery design segmentation-based store strategy.
5. Responsible for trade marketing budgets for BTL /meets /promos and ensure ROI management of all investments.
6. Work closely with marketing on monthly cover guide cascades, festival activations, regional exhibitions planning/designing / execution.
7. Drive NPDs in markets by collaborating with marketing team on product placements and creating awareness for retailer's/sales teams/consumers before the launch.
8. End to end ownership of RBP program, delta growth of RBP stores.
9. Growth in RBP stores vs Non RBP stores, Positive ROI, Work with marketing to drive brands via RBP.
10. Design the structure to meet company objectives, Customize the program to ensure higher participation.
11. Design right reward structure, higher ROI, High TATs, pay for performance.
12. Work with sales IT on RBP for high customer engagement on app /WhatsApp.
13. Lead the team of RCMMs and CMMs to drive all trade marketing agendas in market with multiple stakeholders.
