National Channel Marketing Manager
Job purpose & Scope : Deliver business value and market share in collaboration with Zonal Sales teams for the year/quarter/month
Major Areas of Responsibilities :1. Plan and execute Distribution and volumes for all categories end to end
a. Work with Sales and Marketing to close Distribution plans for all categories
b. Preparing Calendarized view of all Input supports for driving volumes and distribution
2. Plan and own Channel marketing activities via BTL for Trade channel
a. POSM planning - Design and execution, Work closely with Marketing /Channels and Marketing communication to close
b. Design Trade schemes and Promotions to drive category ambitions, Work closely with Marketing team to ensure P&L delivery
c. Run BTL basis classification of stores , Design Segmentation based store strategy
d. Ensure all activities meet ROI standards
3. Own 100% Trade Marketing Budgets for BTL /Meets /Promos
a. For BTLs/Meets / Promo designing
b. ROI management of all investments
4. Drive NPDs by perfect Execution in markets
a. Volume and Distribution
b. Working with Marketing team on Placement before media break
c. Creating Awareness for Retailers / Sales Teams / Consumers via Tech before launch
5. Design, rollout and execute loyalty programs for channel partners & customers
6. Competition mapping
a. Benchmark Competition to roll out right fit BTL plans for the channels
b. Competition Tracking (BTL , Product, Pricing, Promotions, Placement)
7. Devising Programs to solve On ground Business Challenges
