Job purpose & Scope:

The purpose of this role is to implement the Customer Marketing Strategy. The role entails developing in depth understanding of Categories and channels in which BEL operates and come out with insights. It will be incumbent's responsibilities to implement various retail centric marketing activities and provide suitable marketing and merchandising solutions for Trade channel. The role will entail driving relationship programs end to end for our key customers across all channels in order to build long term partnerships and increase in profit and sales. Ability to operate and orchestrate seamlessly with following stakeholders will be critical for success in this role and of the function.

Agencies / Firms for managing :


1. Retail surveys

Major Areas of Responsibilities:

1. Category Understanding and Insights

2. Channel Understanding and Insights

3. Shopper Understanding and Insights

4. End to End loyalty program management for channel partners & consumers

5. Channel Communication

6. Competition Tracking (BTL , Product, Pricing, Promotions, Placement)

7. Tracking ROI of the activities through Pre and Post business performance

8. Devising Programs (Post integration of above) to solve On ground Business Challenges

9. End to end Implementation of such Programs through Smart Project Management

Person Specifications:

- Essential Qualification: MBA (Specialization in Marketing) from a Premier B School

- Desired Qualification: B.A (Economics) / B. Tech.

- Experience: Category Management, Retail, Shopper Marketing, Trade Marketing, KAM (Key Account
Management)

Industry Preference: Retail (Reliance retail, Hyper-city, Croma, Reliance Digital, E-Zone etc.) or FMCG or FMCD
