Lead - Talent Management
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on succession planning, high potential talent and young talent pool
- Support in strategic initiatives to create a robust talent pipeline for critical positions
- Create development journey with premium firms for high potential talent pool
- Map and review functional and behavioral competency framework, develop skill taxonomy for all the roles in the organisation
- Lead career management efforts for critical talent pool
- Serve as SME and work closely with HRBP to provide solutions on Talent management requirements
- Establishing key metrics and tracking mechanisms to measure the impact of talent initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to HR team and leadership team
- Develop and implement Talent review framework
- Be open to challenge the status quo and current thinking and influence through new ideas
- Lead change management efforts across the organisation, ensuring leadership and managerial buyin and alignment
- Manage Talent management operations including data management, technology integrations and presenting insights to the managers
- Periodically review talent health and pipeline readiness for critical roles
- Create SOPs, manage budget and audit processes
