Job Purpose & Scope :
- To ensure labor law compliances under various Labour Laws applicable to the Company & Regulatory requirements.
Major Areas of Responsibilities & Authorities :
- Liaison with statutory bodies under labor Laws for registration, licenses, renewals etc.
- Identification of all Labour Legislation governing the functioning of company/establishment and each Contractors of the Company.
- Monitoring disciplinary issues & legal matters.
- Ensure timely compliance of PF/ESIC for all locations/ Project site /factories
- Ensure 100% compliance under various act like Bonus act, Maternity Act, Contract labour Act, BOCW Act, Shop & Establishment act, W.C. Act
- Provide necessary guidance and updates related to various Labour law amendments/notification etc. HR team members.
- Keep informed regarding pending industry changes, trends, and best practices and assess the potential impact of these changes on organizational processes.
- Dealing with office bearer of union & committee members on various IR matters.
- conducting and closure of Disciplinary Cases adhering to Principles of Natural Justice
- Implement improvements in communication, monitoring, or enforcement of compliance standards.
- Data Analysis for internal audit results, Non-Conformities, effectiveness of controls and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with company advocate and attend various legal matters in respective courts. - Coordinate with internal legal team and finance team for various IR related matters
