Lead Sales Analytics + New Sales IT projects to drive best in class Sales processes / accurate decision making / more productive Sales teams/ Sales IT programs / Analytics programs / partnering with Start ups / Driving AI ML based programs
Major Areas of Responsibilities
- Leading Sales IT programs end to end - Creating the roadmap and execution plan
- Cutting edge DMS deployment | Ensuring scope of work covers all requirements from all functions
- SFA deployment for Salesmen | TSMs to enable them to perform and achieve organization priorities
- DMS Analytics usage | Location Analytics | Presence in Market
- Current year and next year Sales IT planning
- Leading Sales IT Innovation projects
- Predictive Assortment programs for retailers using Statistical tools + ML
- B2B apps for various stakeholders like Distributors / Sales Teams / ISDs for increasing productivity / efficiency
- Deploying Capability apps for Salesmen/ISDs ( App in App / Separate apps) for increasing capability of on ground resources
- Lead generation programs - Work with leading start ups for Lead generation programs
- Liaison with leading start ups on Apps/ APIs for new capabilities /use cases
- Establishing CRM for various stakeholders
- Influencers | Distributors | Sales Teams | DSOs | Retailers | Leadership
- Tracking Performance Anytime anywhere | Spotting opportunities | Fixing gaps
- Training all stakeholders digitally | Setting the Tech for the same | Focus on NPDs/Commercialization
- Setting up Whatsapp Programs in vernacular languages + Connecting systems with our Internal systems like DSO Apps + DMS via APIs
- Advance Analytics - Creating Powerful insights /Call to Action based insights for Sales Teams/Leadership on a real time basis | Do this across channels
- Leveraging Cloud DMS for the same
- Incentive Tracking for DSOs R&R / ISDs - Drive Call to action dashboards
- Establish tools which all stakeholders can use for their spans | On the go |Anywhere
- Managing Databases
- Leading a team of MIS resources supporting organization / leadership Data / intelligence requirements
- Power BI deployment
- Setting up Power BI for all the KPIs
- Anywhere /Anytime deployment
- Powerful insights/ Call to action based - Decision making Analytics for all stakeholders
- Train Sales teams on usage
Person Specifications
Essential Qualification: MBA from B+ Institute
Desired Qualification: MBA with an Engineering Background
Experience: 10-14 years post qualification work experience in Data Science + Sales background
Industry Preference: FMCG/FMCD/FMEG
